Hall Booth Smith Adds Five Attorneys in its Birmingham Office
BIRMINGHAM, AL – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) has added five attorneys to its Birmingham office as the firm expands to better serve clients in the state of Alabama. The attorneys are all joining from Mudd, Bolvig, Luke & Wells, a civil trial and appellate firm in Birmingham.
C. Peter Bolvig is a Partner in our Birmingham office with nearly four decades of litigation experience. He specializes in appellate, business litigation, construction, dental, fiduciary, general liability, governmental liability, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, premises liability, products liability, professional malpractice, and ethics and transportation matters. Peter is also a licensed mediator in the state of Alabama. He earned a J.D. from Tulane University School of Law and a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
K. Phillip Luke is a Partner in our Birmingham office with over 30 years of experience. He specializes in appellate, business litigation, construction, general liability, insurance coverage, premises liability, products liability, professional malpractice, transportation and trusts, and estate matters. Phillip is also a registered mediator with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution. He earned a J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Mississippi State University.
William “Bill” A. Mudd is Of Counsel in our office in Birmingham, Alabama. He has nearly 40 years of experience in litigating complex cases with a wide range of experience in multiple industries. Bill focuses his practice on insurance coverage, premises liability, transportation, and construction defect matters. He is also a licensed mediator in the state of Alabama. Bill earned a J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law and a B.S. in Economics from The University of Alabama.
Jud C. Stanford is a Partner in our Birmingham office where he specializes in construction defect, general liability, insurance coverage, premises liability, transportation, labor and employment, and workers’ compensation matters. He is also a licensed mediator in the state of Alabama. Jud earned a J.D. from the Birmingham School of Law and a B.S. in Economics and Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Harrison C. Wagner is an Associate in our Birmingham office. He focuses his practice on insurance and workers’ compensation defense. Earlier in his career, Harrison focused his practice on insurance and workers’ compensation defense for another firm in Birmingham. Harrison earned a J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and a B.S. in Business Management from Athens State University.
