HBS Rogers Adds Medical Malpractice Associates Brittany Elaine Hawkins and Garrett A. Bannister
Hall Booth Smith is proud to expand its Rogers office with Associates Brittany Elaine Hawkins and Garrett A. Bannister, whose practices focus on medical malpractice matters.
Brittany Elaine Hawkins
Brittany’s prior experience includes externing with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of the General Counsel. She was also a summer pro bono fellow for the University of Arkansas working with Lone Star Justice Alliance in Austin, Texas. While a student, Brittany gained experience in criminal, employment, and business and corporation law by working with local firms.
Garrett A. Bannister
Prior to joining HBS, Garrett externed for the Honorable Christy Comstock with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. He also worked as a summer associate with the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office in the criminal appeals division.
