Brittany Elaine Hawkins
Biography
Brittany Hawkins is an Associate in our Rogers office, with a dual focus on defending clients in medical malpractice and labor and employment matters. In her medical malpractice practice, she advocates for and defends medical providers facing allegations of professional negligence. In her labor and employment practice, she represents employers in a wide range of workplace issues, including defending against employment discrimination claims, wage and hour compliance, labor relations, conducting workplace investigations, and advising on compliance through employee handbooks, workplace policies, and employment agreements.
Brittany earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law. During law school, she served as a note and comment editor for the Arkansas Law Review and was also a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Wheaton College.
