Hall Booth Smith, P.C. Adds Samuel Wilson as an Associate in Little Rock

Hall Booth Smith, P.C. has added Samuel Wilson as an associate in its Little Rock office, where he represents clients in a range of civil litigation matters.

Samuel’s practice includes agribusiness and food law, business litigation, environmental and toxic tort claims, intellectual property disputes, premises liability, products liability, and transportation matters.

“Samuel’s experience will support our work for clients across several practice areas in Arkansas and beyond,” said Managing Partner Baxter Drennon.

Before joining HBS, Samuel defended corporations in products liability and toxic tort litigation, including agricultural and asbestos-related matters. He also represented local businesses in civil defense matters, gaining experience with litigation strategy, responsive pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.

Samuel’s background also includes experience in intellectual property and technology commercialization. While serving as an intellectual property analyst intern with University of Arkansas Technology Ventures, he conducted market and intellectual property research on emerging technologies, prepared reports and recommendations regarding IP protection, and worked with companies exploring licensing opportunities. He also completed an externship with Walmart, where he assisted with intellectual property matters involving trademarks, patents, and product marketability assessments.

Samuel earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Arkansas. He is admitted to practice in Arkansas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Arkansas.
