CLM Alliance: Joseph F. Herbert III on AI in the Construction Industry

In a recent article from the Claims and  Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance, Red Bank Partner Joseph F. Herbert III offered insight into the usefulness of artificial intelligence (AI) in the construction industry.

“I believe that it may help parties work more efficiently and may help expedite construction processes. However, as with all technology there is the possibility that it can be exploited for improper purposes,” he said.
