Alpharetta Office Adds Two New Associates

The HBS office in Alpharetta is pleased to announce the addition of two new associates, Liliana Esquivel and Julianna Ledden.

About Liliana Esquivel

Liliana “Lili” will focuses her practice on general liability, premises liability, professional malpractice & ethics, and transportation matters. Before joining HBS, Lili was a senior legal analyst at GreenSky in Atlanta, where she managed a broad portfolio of finance litigation across multiple jurisdictions. She collaborated closely with in-house and outside counsel, drafted settlement agreements, analyzed loan documents, and served as the corporate representative in small claims cases.  Earlier in her career, Lili worked at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Litigation Analyst supporting litigation involving FCRA, FDCPA, contract disputes, arbitration, bankruptcies, CFPB complaints, and state Attorney General investigations.

Lili earned her J.D., cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law. She holds a B.A. in Politics with a minor in Urban Leadership from Oglethorpe University. She is fluent in Spanish and was also an Urban Fellow with the Center for the Comparative Study of Metropolitan Growth.

 

About Julianna Ledden

Julianna focuses her practice on general liability law. Before joining HBS, Julianna worked as a trial attorney for Allstate Insurance Company, where she handled bodily injury and uninsured motorist matters. She also formerly served as a student attorney with the Houston County Public Defender’s Office, and earned various experience as a law clerk with local firms.

Julianna earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University and received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
