28 Mar Atlanta Journal-Constitution Names Hall Booth Smith a 2016 Atlanta Top Workplace
Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Top Workplaces for 2016. HBS ranked 29th in the Top 50 Midsize Workplaces in the Atlanta region. The companies who made this list are considered to be the best companies to work for in the Atlanta metro area.
More than 2,500 companies were nominated or asked to participate by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and its partner, Workplace Dynamics. Each company agreeing to participate went through a rigorous interview, survey, and evaluation process that required a response rate from employees of over 35 percent. Workplace Dynamics then surveyed 275 metro companies that agreed to participate. Almost 60,000 metro workers participated in the survey. They were asked to respond to a set of statements using a seven-point Likert scale. Each statement was tested to ensure a high correlation with how metro employees rate their workplaces. This was calculated by correlating the statement responses to a control question that asked each employee to rate his or her workplace on a scale of zero to 99.
