Atlanta O'Donnell King Bevans

Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is thrilled to announce the addition of three attorneys to its Atlanta office. The firm welcomes Anna E. O’Donnell, Delenia King, and Paysen S. Bevans to their legal team, strengthening their commitment to delivering top-tier legal services to clients in Georgia and beyond.

Anna E. O’Donnell

Anna focuses her practice on medical malpractice matters. Prior to joining HBS, she worked as lead attorney for a local family law firm, where she litigated domestic matters across the state of Georgia and won a bench trial in contested litigation. She also worked as a staff attorney for the Honorable Ellen McElyea for the Cherokee County Superior Court and clerked for the Honorable Victoria S. Darrisaw for the Dougherty County Superior Court. She also previously interned for the U.S. Department of Defense where she worked in military law matters with the U.S. Army JAG office.

Anna earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, at the University of Georgia, where she was an author and editor for the Georgia Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from the University of Georgia.

Delenia King

Delenia’s practice focuses on general liability, medical malpractice, and workers’ compensation matters. Prior to joining HBS, Delenia worked as an attorney for a local firm practicing general liability litigation. Prior to that, she was Assistant Solicitor General with the Fulton County Government.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from Georgia State University.

Paysen S. Bevans

Paysen focuses primarily on medical malpractice matters. Prior to joining HBS, she worked at a general civil defense firm in Macon practicing in education law, government relations and regulatory affairs, insurance defense, wills and estate planning, premises liability, and zoning and land use law. She also interned with Indiana Legal Services for their Immigrants and Language Rights Center and for the Center for Victim and Human Rights.

Paysen earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and earned her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Northern Arizona University.
