Atlanta Stallings Dabke Beato Adams Hendricks

ATLANTA, GEORGIA – – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is excited to welcome five attorneys in its Atlanta office: Anna Stallings, Varad Dabke, Alexandra Beato, Danielle Adams, and Nolan Hendricks.

Anna Stallings

Anna Stallings is an Associate in our Atlanta office where she focuses her practice on aging services and health care matters. Prior to joining HBS, Anna worked at a local elder and disability law firm where she gained experience doing estate planning, probate, trusts, guardianships/conservatorships, and Medicaid planning. She also interned with the Georgia Council on Aging focusing on policy work to advance senior issues in the Georgia legislature and externed at Atlanta Legal Aid’s Senior Citizens Law Project and the Georgia Long-term Care Ombudsman’s Office.

Anna earned her J.D., with high honors, from Emory University School of Law, where she was awarded a Pro Bono Medal for her commitment to public service. She also worked as a research assistant and was the Chief of Staff for the Journal of Law and Religion. Anna also holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Mercer University, where she co-founded the Mercer University Intergenerational Housing Project as part of the Honors Program’s Service Scholar program.

Varad Dabke

Varad Dabke is an Associate in our Atlanta office where he focuses his practice on construction, general liability, premises liability, real estate, and transportation matters. Prior to joining HBS, Varad externed at the Office of the General Counsel for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Varad also served as a Sea Grant Law Fellow for the University of Georgia’s Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant in conjunction with the Carl Vinson Institute of Government.

Varad earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court and Mock Trial teams and on the Managing Board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law.  He also competed in several national advocacy competitions and has placed in elimination and final rounds. Upon graduation, he was inducted into the Order of Barristers, an honorary organization which provides national recognition for individuals who have excelled in advocacy and service to their law schools. Varad also holds a B.A., cum laude, in English Literature and International Affairs from the University of Georgia.

Alexandra Beato

Alexandra Beato is an Associate in our Atlanta office, where she supports our appellate, business litigation, and general liability practice groups. Formerly, Alex worked as an intern for the FBI in its Atlanta and Washington, DC headquarters and as a legislation intern for the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia.

Alex earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law, where she received CALI Awards in Constitutional Law II and International Criminal Law. Alex also served as the President for the Public Interest Law Association and as the Symposium Editor for the Georgia State Law Review, where she published an article regarding the repeal of Georgia’s citizen arrest law. In addition, Alex was a graduate assistant for the former Associate Dean for Students.

Alex also holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science with minors in Economics and Psychology from Berry College. During her undergraduate studies, she served as a student admissions counselor for Berry College’s Office of Admissions and as a legal intern for Berry College’s office of General Counsel.

Danielle Adams

Danielle Adams is an Associate in our Atlanta office where she focuses her practice on aging services, health care, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters. She is also a part of our Coronavirus Task Force. Prior to joining HBS, Danielle interned in the U.S. House of Representatives. She also interned for a local firm, where she gained experience in medical malpractice and personal injury. Danielle has previously interned for a solo practitioner, where she gained experience in family law as well.

Danielle earned her J.D., cum laude, from Mercer University School of Law, where she also received her certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research and Drafting. She also holds a B.B.A. in Management, with a minor in Spanish, from the University of Georgia.

Nolan Hendricks

Nolan Hendricks is an Associate in our Atlanta office focusing his practice on general liability and insurance coverage matters. Formerly, Nolan was a Summer Associate at HBS, and externed for the Honorable Walt Davis of the Georgia State-wide Business Court. He also interned with the Aflac Insurance U.S. Legal team and externed with Paradies Lagardère’s in-house counsel. Before attending law school, he was an Associate Account Executive with Travelers Insurance, underwriting commercial property & casualty policies in the Middle Market Business Center.

Nolan earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law where he was Vice President of Advocacy on the moot court board. He also served on the Georgia State University Law Review and was a pupil in the Bleckley Inn of Court. Nolan also holds a B.B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance with a minor in Religion from the University of Georgia.

We have a lot of growing talent with Anna, Varad, Alexandra, Danielle, and Nolan. We are excited about the ways they will contribute to our Atlanta office, said Alex Booth, managing partner of HBS.
