Alex Black
Biography
Alex Black is an Associate in our Denver office who focuses her practice on medical malpractice matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Alex worked for a local general litigation firm where she gained experience managing personal injury claims. She also individually litigated and mediated both divorce and disputed child custody cases at a local family law firm. While in law school, Alex served as a student attorney with the Sustainable Community Development Clinic and submitted proposed rules and testimony to the Colorado Department of Local Affairs regarding the Mobile Home Park Dispute Resolution Program that were ultimately adopted by the program.
Alex earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado. There, she was an active member of the Mock Trial Team and a Crosstown Cup Finalist in 2019. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from State University of New York at Buffalo.
