Allison T. Scott
Biography
Allison T. Scott is an Associate with our Little Rock office who focuses her practice on business litigation, general liability, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Allison was an associate with a local firm where she practiced in the defense of personal injury and medical malpractice cases. While she was in law school, she externed with the Honorable Billy Roy Wilson at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. She also served as a public affairs assistant for the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. Embassy in Bern, Switzerland.
Allison earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she received top papers in real property, civil procedure, reading writing and analysis, lawyering skills, administrative law, and specialized legal research. She was also an articles editor of the UA Little Rock Law Review.
Allison also obtained a Master of Public Service degree from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service. During her time there she developed educational materials to promote deliberative democracy for various museums across Arkansas. Additionally, she earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in History from Hendrix College.
