Annabelle Smith
Biography
Annabelle Smith is an Associate in our Montana office where she focuses her practice on medical malpractice, health care, and business litigation matters in both Montana and Idaho.
Annabelle has been with HBS since she was a Summer Associate. Annabelle was previously an intern at the Montana Innocence Project where she investigated changes in medical practices and forensic sciences, and developed litigation strategies to advocate for the wrongfully convicted, pursue post-conviction relief, and protect individuals’ constitutional rights. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the Alexander Blewett III School of Law where she competed in the NNALSA Moot Court and engaged in pro-bono work drafting of estate planning documents. She obtained her Bachelors of Arts, summa cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Montana where she competed on the University’s debate team and coached a local middle school debate team.
In her spare time, Annabelle enjoys traveling, reading, gardening, and enjoying the beautiful Montana wilderness.
