Annika “Gracie” Livingston
Biography
Annika “Gracie” Livingston is an associate in the Hall Booth Smith, P.C. Atlanta office, where her practice focuses on transportation matters.
During law school, Gracie gained hands-on experience in private practice, where she conducted extensive legal research and drafted pleadings, motions, discovery requests, affidavits, and settlement-related documents. She assisted with case preparation for mediation and court proceedings, ensuring compliance with procedural rules and deadlines.
In addition to her litigation experience, Gracie served as a legal extern with the Office of Legal Services at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. In that role, she researched healthcare regulations and compliance matters, including patient privacy laws, reviewed contracts and internal policies, and supported legal initiatives related to hospital operations and risk management. She also worked as a research assistant at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, conducting legal research and assisting in the preparation of academic materials.
Gracie earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where she served as senior staff member for The University of Memphis Law Review and received multiple CALI awards. She received her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Texas Christian University, majoring in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Journalism.
