Ashley Bartolucci is an Associate in the Charlotte office of Hall Booth Smith. Before joining HBS, she served as a Florida Assistant State Attorney in the Felony and Misdemeanor Divisions for over 5 years. During her time with the State Attorney’s Office, Ms. Bartolucci had extensive motion practice and handled over 30 jury trials. In addition, Ms. Bartolucci was selected to an elite group of Assistant State Attorneys to serve on the DUI Manslaughter and Vehicular Homicide Squad.

Ms. Bartolucci received her B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida. She then went on to earn her J.D. and MBA from Stetson University. During law school, she was a member of the Bruce Jacob Appellate Inn of Court, Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity, a Stetson Law Ambassador, and was a William F. Blews Pro Bono Award Recipient. She also served as a Federal Judicial Intern for Judge Elizabeth A. Kovachevich with the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
