Ashley M. Fromm
Biography
Ashley M. Fromm is a Partner in our Jacksonville office, specializing in medical malpractice, health care, correctional health care, and general liability.
Prior to Hall Booth Smith, Ashley practiced in the fields of medical malpractice defense and complex business litigation for a Sarasota law firm and workers’ compensation and insurance defense for a firm based in St. Petersburg. She also handled appellate work.
Ashley graduated with a Juris Doctor from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida after completing a Bachelor of Science in Advertising with a minor in History. During law school, Ashley was the Executive Research Editor of the Florida Law Review and a research assistant, torts tutor, and teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy.
She served as Treasurer for the Federal Bar Association’s Law Student Association and the Corporate and Securities Litigation Group. Additionally, Ashley was a member of Florida Blue Key in the judicial committee, was a summer law clerk for the Federal Trade Commission, and interned in the legal department of a major Florida land developer.
Ashley and her husband reside in Jacksonville with their French Bulldog.
