Atchison Hubbard
Biography
Atchison Hubbard is an associate attorney in the firm’s Montgomery office whose practice focuses on medical malpractice, general liability, and premises liability matters. He represents healthcare providers, businesses, insurers, and other clients in a variety of civil litigation matters.
Prior to joining Hall Booth Smith, Atchison practiced with a local Montgomery litigation firm, where he assisted in the defense of matters involving insurance coverage disputes, motor vehicle accidents, contractual issues, and premises liability claims. His experience includes legal research, motion practice, written discovery, fact and expert witness depositions, mediation, and the drafting and argument of dispositive motions. He has worked closely with clients through all phases of litigation, has experience evaluating complex liability and coverage issues, and has successfully obtained summary judgment on multiple general liability and premises liability matters.
While attending Cumberland School of Law, Atchison was a member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and Cumberland’s National Trial Team. He earned his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and his B.A. in History from Birmingham-Southern College.
