Austin Rowe Kessler
Biography
Austin Rowe Kessler is an Associate in our office in Asheville, North Carolina, and he concentrates his practice on insurance defense and general liability matters. He also represents clients in medical malpractice, professional malpractice and negligence, and governmental liability disputes.
Before joining HBS, Austin worked at a firm in both Raleigh and Columbus, North Carolina, where he conducted trials and hearings in District Court and Superior Court. He previously focused on family law disputes and civil litigation, estate planning, probate matters, and criminal defense.
Austin earned a Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law, where he worked on the Re-Entry Project and was winner of the NCBA Pro Bono Project of the Year. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology at Guilford College.
