Billy Fawcett
Biography
Billy is an Associate Attorney in our Atlanta, Georgia, office and brings to HBS experience defending insureds and insurers in a variety of general liability and motor vehicle claims. He has also advised insurers on obligations pre-litigation and defended and counseled employers in labor and employment matters.
While earning his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University, Billy was an associate student writing editor for the Georgia State University Law Review and a graduate research assistant for Professor Andrea Curcio. Billy also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Georgia.
When he’s not practicing law, Billy enjoys coaching swimming and playing golf.
