Brandon Hornsby Wilson
Biography
Brandon H. Wilson is an associate in the Atlanta office of Hall Booth Smith, where he focuses his practice on workers’ compensation matters.
Prior to joining Hall Booth Smith, Brandon served as an assistant public defender with the Georgia Public Defender Council’s Metro Atlanta Conflict Division. For several years there, he managed a full criminal caseload from indictment through trial.
Before that, Brandon was an assistant attorney general in the Consumer Protection Division of the Georgia Attorney General’s Office. While there he investigated businesses for violations of the Fair Business Practices Act (FBPA), helping to enforce consumer protection laws and uphold ethical standards in the marketplace.
While in law school, Brandon obtained internship opportunities as a Steiger Fellow at the Georgia Attorney General’s Office and served as a legal intern at the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office.
Brandon earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he was associate cases editor of the Mississippi Law Journal, a staff editor of the Mississippi Sports Law Review, and a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Psychology and Political Science from Syracuse University.
