Biography

Bryant Witt has extensive experience in all aspects of the representation of hospitals, physicians, and other health care organizations. He has also handled many complex regulatory issues. Bryant has substantial trial experience defending health care entities in professional liability matters and business litigation. He served as leader of his former law firm’s health care practice group.

Bryant has frequently represented health care providers at trial in complex or catastrophic injury cases including birth trauma, wrongful death, and cases involving allegations of profound neurological injury to the plaintiff. He is also a member of the American Health Lawyer’s Association and the Health Law Sections of the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations.
