Bryce McCarter
Biography
Bryce McCarter is an associate in the Atlanta office, where he focuses his practice on workers’ compensation matters.
Prior to joining Hall Booth Smith, Bryce served as a compliance staff attorney for the Georgia State Ethics Commission. In that role, he oversaw active investigations into political campaigns, elected officials, and lobbyists, and was instrumental in shaping agency policy through the drafting of binding advisory opinions and rules. He played a key role in implementing a new statewide filing system, ensuring the agency’s technological upgrades met regulatory requirements.
Bryce also practiced at a local firm, where he supported litigation and discovery processes and led legal research across a wide range of cases. He has experience handling real estate closings and resolving complex title issues in collaboration with title insurance companies and public entities.
Bryce earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law, where he was named to the dean’s list. He also graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
