Christopher Reinkall is a Partner in our Miami office, and he has extensive experience in defending clients in catastrophic injury litigation, medical malpractice and nursing malpractice, construction, transportation and professional negligence matters.
For two decades, Christopher has worked closely with clients in complex and high-stakes litigation in pursuit of successful outcomes. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique business goals, and develops a litigation strategy that aligns with broader company objectives.
Christopher has served as defense counsel for one of the largest employers of medical professionals in the United States, where he represented physicians and physician assistants in medical negligence actions. He has worked for a major construction company to defend personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, and he has extensive experience in representing trucking companies in negligence complaints.
He is panel counsel for a London insurer on medical insurance coverage, nursing care and general liability claims, and he has represented banks and corporations in employment discrimination matters in both state and federal courts.
Earlier in his career, Christopher represented assisted living facilities, day centers and group homes, and other institutions in a wide range of liability, sexual assault, negligence and malpractice cases. He also handled errors and omissions complaints and other professional negligence matters.
Christopher earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a minor in criminal justice from Loyola University Chicago.
He is AV rated in peer reviews by Martindale Hubbell and is licensed to practice law in Florida, Illinois and Wisconsin, as well as U.S. District Courts in the Northern District of Illinois, the Central District of Illinois, the Western District of Wisconsin, and the Central District of Pennsylvania.
