Emilee Greenhouse is an Associate in the Albuquerque office of Hall Booth Smith, where she focuses her practice on general liability, premises liability, products liability and transportation matters.

Prior to joining Hall Booth Smith, Emilee began her legal career at a prominent Albuquerque civil defense firm, where she worked on complex, high-exposure litigation involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, transportation, premises liability and products liability claims. Before and during law school, Emilee worked for a boutique Albuquerque appellate firm that focused on post-conviction relief and federal and state appeals. In that role, she developed strong legal research and writing skills while assisting with appellate briefs, habeas corpus petitions and other post-conviction matters. Her broad litigation background also includes experience supporting medical malpractice and catastrophic injury litigation during a law clerk position with another Albuquerque litigation firm.

Emilee earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of New Mexico School of Law. While in law school, she served as student articles editor for the New Mexico Law Review and competed on the national mock trial team. She received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of New Mexico, where she completed double majors in Music and Languages with concentrations in vocal performance, German and French.
