Evgenia “Eve” Soldatos is an Associate in our New York office, and she concentrates her practice on the highly regulated and complex aging services industry.

Eve defends assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, rehabilitation centers as well as physicians, nurses and other health care providers in a wide variety of claims. She also represents clients in regulatory, disciplinary and professional licensing matters.

Earlier in her career, Eve was an Assistant District Attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office, where she was a Special Victims prosecutor, which gives her valuable experience and insight into the needs and sensitivities of cases that involve health care matters or personal injury.

She also served as a judicial fellow for the late Honorable Nicholas Tsoucalas at the United States of International Trade.

Eve earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as the Business Editor for the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law. She also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in legal studies from St. John’s University.
