Glenn E. Jones is Of Counsel in our office in Charlotte, North Carolina where he concentrates his practice on long-term care, general liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and transportation matters.

Glenn has extensive experience in defending individuals, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and corporate health care providers in all levels of state and federal courts. In addition, he has represented businesses and property owners in liability claims throughout the South involving onsite injuries to employees, patrons, and in other matters. He uses his knowledge of insurance coverage law and his trial advocacy skills to serve his clients. Glenn is also AV Preeminent peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

A native of Port Angeles, Washington, Glenn has lived in Georgia, Alabama, and North Carolina, giving him a wide range of experience dealing with clients and jurors. After taking time to further his knowledge of business litigation and charity work, Glenn returned to Hall Booth Smith in 2020. He previously served as the Director of Operations for Big League Impact, a 501(c)(3) charity started by St. Louis Cardinals Pitcher Adam Wainwright and his brother Trey.

Glenn earned a Juris Doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law and also holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Georgia.

In his free time, Glenn plays guitar in various local rock bands and enjoys playing golf and watching the Georgia Bulldogs.
