Jeffrey Steven Warren is an Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina, focusing his practice on medical malpractice, governmental liability, first amendment, defamation, workers’ compensation, privacy and data security, professional malpractice, and other general liability matters. Jeff also served as an intern with the North Carolina Department of Justice, and, prior to attending law school, worked as a litigation paralegal. Jeff also interned for two U.S. Senators and two U.S. Representatives.

Jeff holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served as President of the UNC Law Class of 2018. While attending UNC, Jeff was nationally recognized for outstanding oral and written appellate advocacy, winning the Charleston School of Law National Moot Court Competition and receiving an individual award for excellence in appellate advocacy. Also while attending UNC, Jeff became a state champion and regional finalist while competing on the UNC Law National Trial Team. During his last year at UNC Law, Jeff was selected to serve an instructor for students interested in improving their trial and appellate advocacy skills. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts in history, cum laude, from Rhodes College, where he was President of the Rhodes College Class of 2014, Editor-In-Chief of the Rhodes College Historical Review, and a member of the Phi Alpha Theta National Honor Society.

In his time away from work, Jeff enjoys motorcycle riding, scuba diving, playing guitar, and hiking in the mountains of North Carolina.
