Biography
Throughout his 36 year career, James E. “Jim” Parham, Jr. has successfully represented a wide range of medical providers—including physicians, nurses, physician practice groups, hospitals, sub acute hospitals, long-term care facilities, and managed care organizations—against complex claims involving allegations of negligent care and treatment, misdiagnosis, lack of informed consent, gross negligence, and wrongful death.
Jim’s experience includes trying approximately 200 cases to verdict as a solo practitioner on behalf of defendant providers. Beyond defending claims in court, Jim advises clients on matters such as credentialing, risk management, board matters, and helping his clients proactively address challenges before they escalate into litigation.
