Josanne Celestine is Of Counsel in our Atlanta office, and she defends clients of all sizes in the complete spectrum of transportation claims.

She brings nearly a decade of experience in handling general liability, auto and trucking liability cases from her earlier career as in-house counsel at a major national indemnity company. In that role, she strategically assessed and planned each case from inception, investigated the facts and legal issues and created strategies for mitigating risk and efficiently resolving claims.

Earlier in her career, Josanne was an auto damage adjuster and a casualty senior claims adjuster for a major mutual insurance company.

Josanne earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Mercer University School of Law, where she participated in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition and won the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Writing and Poverty Law. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in business administration at the University of South Carolina.

A native of Trinidad and Tobago, Josanne has lived in the United States for many years and is passionate about serving her community through her church, volunteers at various shelters, and enjoys serving internationally on mission trips.
