Biography

Joseph C. Stepina is an Associate in our Little Rock office where he focuses his practice on general liability, premises liability, products liability, and data privacy and cybersecurity matters.

Prior to joining HBS, Joseph externed with the Honorable Beth Deere, Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, and practiced at a Little Rock defense firm.

Joseph earned a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s William H. Bowen School of Law, where he was the Articles Editor for the UA Little Rock Law Review. He also holds a Master of Public Service from the University of Arkansas’ Clinton School of Public Service. During his time at the Clinton School, he completed projects with an Arkansas middle school to broaden its public service curriculum and a service-learning organization in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to increase the access to service learning in Vietnamese higher education. In addition, Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas.
