Kevin M. Davis
Biography
Kevin M. Davis is a Partner in our Jacksonville office where he focuses his practice on general liability, insurance coverage, premises liability, and transportation matters.
Prior to joining HBS, Kevin was the managing partner of the Jacksonville office for a full-service law firm. There, he practiced primarily insurance defense for several insurance carriers and self-insured businesses regarding a wide variety of issues including premises liability and commercial trucking. He also worked as an Associate for a local Tampa firm and represented insurance carriers in personal injury defense, personal injury protection, bad faith, coverage issues, and commercial litigation matters.
Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia.
