Kim Rosetti
Biography
Kim Rosetti is Of Counsel in our New York City office where she specializes in medical malpractice matters. She devotes her practice to the defense of hospitals, physicians, and nurses, seeing the matter through to trial and appellate procedures if necessary.
Prior to joining HBS, Kim worked with a full-service Mississippi-based firm for 24 years. There, she defended medical malpractice, employment, Title VII, general premises, municipal liability, general insurance, school district, and tax claim litigation matters. She represented clients in both state and federal trial courts.
Kim earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi.
