Of Counsel Kim Rosetti Joins HBS New York City’s Medical Malpractice Group
Hall Booth Smith New York is pleased to welcome Of Counsel Kim Rosetti to their medical malpractice team. She devotes her practice to the defense of hospitals, physicians, and nurses, seeing the matter through to trial and appellate procedures if necessary.
Prior to joining HBS, Kim worked with a full-service Mississippi-based firm for 24 years. There, she defended medical malpractice, employment, Title VII, general premises, municipal liability, general insurance, school district, and tax claim litigation matters. She represented clients in both state and federal trial courts.
“Kim is an experienced and talented attorney, and we are excited about her being a part of the continued success and further reach of the New York office,” said Drew Graham, managing partner of the New York office.
