Kristina Del Mistro
Biography
Kristina Del Mistro is an associate in our Long Island office, where she focuses her practice on medical malpractice and health care litigation matters.
Kristina previously served as a summer associate with HBS, where she supported attorneys in a wide range of litigation matters. She also gained legal experience as an intern with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and as a summer associate at a health care-focused law firm in Lake Success.
Kristina brings over a decade of clinical insight to her legal practice through her work as a Physician Assistant at leading health institutions, including NYU Langone Health, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Northwell Health. Her unique background in medicine and law enhances her ability to serve clients in complex health care disputes and risk management matters.
She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar. She holds a Master of Health Science and a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Quinnipiac University. While at Quinnipiac, Kristina also played on the Division I Women’s Soccer Team.
