Leslie Hartnett is an Associate in our Atlanta office, and she concentrates her practice on the full spectrum of labor and employment matters in addition to medical malpractice issues.

Before joining Hall Booth Smith in 2019, Leslie was an Associate at another firm in Atlanta, where she handled claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, and wage and hour disputes under state and federal statutes. She is also experienced at handling suits involving noncompete agreements, restrictive covenants and other employment contract matters.

Earlier in her career, she worked for a civil litigation firm in South Carolina, where she was first-chair at trial and gained significant litigation experience.

Leslie earned a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law, where she was a member of Federal Courts Law Review editorial board. She was also a member of the moot court team that won first place in National Tax Moot Court Competition, and she wrote a student works paper that was published in Federal Courts Law Review. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami.
