Biography

Madison Bryant is an Associate in our office in Nashville, Tennessee, and she defends clients in a range of health care related matters including medical malpractice, nursing home and long-term care, dental, and correctional health care litigation.

Earlier in her career, Madison worked on health care liability litigation at other firms where she handled the initial review of claims and analysis of pleadings, assisted with complex discovery, drafted and responded to dispositive motions, and managed other motion practice. She also presented oral arguments to the court on procedural and substantive challenges based on the Tennessee Health Care Liability Act.

Madison earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. She received an Advocacy certificate with honors and CALI Awards in legal drafting and legal argument and appellate practice. She also completed a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a double minor in Spanish and International Studies at the University of North Alabama. She received a full, four-year NCAA tennis scholarship.
