Martha Bradley represents professionals, businesses, and individuals in liability, business, construction, and real estate disputes across western North Carolina. In addition to her active litigation practice, Martha assists businesses and entrepreneurs with corporate transactions and with land use and zoning matters.
Martha has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2020) and N.C. Lawyers Weekly (2019). Deeply involved in giving back to her community and the profession, she is a recipient of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Robinson O. Everett Professionalism Award (2018) and The Biltmore Beacon’s Asheville Forty Under Forty (2019). Martha has served as President of the Rotary Club of Waynesville Sunrise (2017 – 2019), a member of the North Carolina Bar Association Board of Governors (2018 – 2021), and the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the North Carolina Bar Association (2017 – 2021).
Martha received her juris doctor from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in Raleigh, North Carolina. An avid and lifelong Tar Heel, Martha received a double major in History and Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She spends her spare time at breweries and hiking mountain trails with her fiancé and rescued German Shepherds, Sam and Chewy.
EXPERIENCE
Martha is an experienced litigator with a successful track record of defending clients in business, real estate, construction, medical malpractice, liability, insurance and a wide variety of other claims. She also has an active appellate practice, and counsels clients in alternative dispute resolution forums such as arbitration and mediation.
