Mason McInturff
Biography
Mason McInturff is an associate in the Charleston office of Hall Booth Smith. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense, general liability, and professional malpractice & ethics matters.
Before joining the Charleston office, Mason served as a law clerk in the firm’s West Palm Beach office, where he gained hands-on experience in pre-suit investigations, discovery, and drafting of motions across a range of civil litigation matters. He worked closely with partners to manage cases, conduct witness interviews, review medical records, and participate in strategy sessions.
Mason earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law. While there he served as an articles editor on the Nova Law Review and was chairman of academic activities for the transactional law practice group. He also worked as a teaching assistant in legal research & writing, helping first-year students sharpen their analytical and legal writing skills.
Prior to law school, Mason earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
