Biography

Max Baroody, an associate in the West Palm Beach office, concentrates his practice on aging services, general liability, health care, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters.

Previously, Max served as a summer associate with the firm, where he supported litigation teams on a variety of complex matters and developed a strong foundation in health care and liability defense. During law school, Max gained valuable judicial experience as an intern for the Honorable John Bowman in the Civil Division of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he assisted in legal research and analysis.

While earning his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, Max was vice chair of the Board of Advocates for Moot Court and a regional champion in The National Moot Court Competition. He also served as a senior associate for the Journal of International Law and Comparative Studies and as a research and teaching assistant.

Before law school, Max worked in education as a middle school math and science teacher and served as the assistant athletic director. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Environment and Society and Philosophy from Florida State University and an Associate of Science in Legal Studies with Honors from Tallahassee Community College.
