Monica L.C. Lester
Biography
Monica L.C. Lester is Of Counsel in our Denver office and focuses on construction, general liability, insurance coverage, and premises liability matters. She has over 22 years of experience in litigation and over 10 years of experience in insurance coverage and bad faith disputes.
Prior to joining HBS, Monica was Of Counsel for a mid-sized firm where she handled complex insurance coverage and bad faith disputes as well as representing general liability, construction, premises liability, automobile, and professional liability litigation matters. She was also claims counsel for Mountain States Mutual Casualty Company.
Monica earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver. She also earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Denver, where she was president and head delegate of the Model United Nations Conference Organization.
