Nina Tickaradze
Biography
Nina Tickaradze is a strategic executive with more than 20 years of experience driving operational excellence, growth, and organizational alignment within the legal and corporate sectors. Her career spans strategy, operations, administration, marketing, entrepreneurship, and philanthropic leadership.
As Chief Operating Officer of Hall Booth Smith, P.C., a national law firm with more than 400 attorneys across 32 offices, Nina serves as a key integrator between legal and operational functions. She leads firmwide strategic planning and execution, develops performance benchmarks and governance policies, and partners with department leaders to align growth initiatives with long-term objectives.
Her leadership focuses on accountability, collaboration, and sustainable expansion. During her 19-year tenure at HBS, Nina has held progressively senior roles, including Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. In these positions, she oversaw strategic planning, budgeting, business development, lateral integration, knowledge management, media relations, marketing, advertising, and events, building high-performing teams and strengthening the firm’s national footprint.
Beyond the legal industry, Nina has entrepreneurial experience as a business owner and has served in executive leadership roles within philanthropic and civic organizations. A native of the country of Georgia, Nina maintains a strong commitment to fostering international business and cultural relationships between the United States and Georgia. She co-founded the Georgia to Georgia Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening ties between the state of Georgia and the country of Georgia. She also serves as the Chair of the Atlanta Tbilisi Sister City Committee, where she has helped spearhead initiatives that deepen cultural and economic connections between Atlanta and Tbilisi.
