Preston Dunaway is an Associate in our Atlanta office. He concentrates his practice on transportation litigation—protecting the rights of trucking and transportation companies, employees, independent contractors and insurers in complex litigation.

Earlier in his career, Preston served as a law clerk at Hall Booth Smith and a graduate teaching assistant at Georgia State University College of Law. He worked as a law clerk in the Executive Counsel’s Office of Georgia Governor Brian P. Kemp, and he spent three years as an analyst for FedEx Corp. where he worked on international transportation and global e-commerce matters for the President and CEO of FedEx Cross Border.

Preston earned a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law, where he was elected to Research Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review Board. While studying for a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Mississippi, he founded and ran a small business. Drawn to new experiences, Preston loves travelling with his wife, Elizabeth.
