Rachel Lo
Biography
Rachel Lo is an associate in the firm’s Alpharetta office. She practices in the areas of construction, general liability, insurance coverage, premises liability, and transportation.
Rachel assists in the defense of civil litigation matters supporting senior attorneys in all phases of litigation, including legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, preparing discovery, and case analysis.
Before joining the firm, Rachel worked at a boutique litigation firm where she assisted in intellectual property litigation matters, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, and anti-counterfeiting disputes.
Rachel earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. During law school, she served as a managing editor of the Emory International Law Review and as a student attorney with the Turner Environmental Law Clinic, where she drafted a federal appellate amicus brief and gained hands-on litigation experience. She also worked as a research assistant, conducting in-depth legal research and preparing analytical memoranda. These experiences strengthened her research and writing skills and provided a strong foundation for her litigation practice.
