Randal B. Frazier
Biography
Randal B. “Randy” Frazier is a partner in our Little Rock office, where he focuses his practice in commercial lending-banking, loan modification and restructuring, secured transactions, real estate, land use and zoning, workouts and distressed assets, business litigation, construction, and general commercial matters.
Throughout his experience, Randy has represented banks, lending institutions, real estate developers, wireless communication companies, and other clients in a variety of transactional and litigation matters. He has extensive experience in commercial lending (including SBA lending), real estate sales, acquisitions, finance, land use, zoning and other complex commercial banking, and land use matters. He is counsel to numerous national and local financial institutions, real estate developers, and corporate clients.
Randy earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma and his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Olivent Nazarene University. He is nationally recognized by Best Lawyers® and by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Business Lawyers as among the best lawyers both in the state of Arkansas and throughout the nation.
