About the Attorneys
Randal B. Frazier
Randy focuses his practice in commercial lending-banking, loan modification and restructuring, secured transactions, real estate, land use and zoning, workouts and distressed assets, business litigation, construction, and general commercial matters.
Throughout his experience, Randy has represented banks, lending institutions, real estate developers, wireless communication companies, and other clients in a variety of transactional and litigation matters. He has extensive experience in commercial lending (including SBA lending), real estate sales, acquisitions, finance, land use, zoning and other complex commercial banking, and land use matters. He is counsel to numerous national and local financial institutions, real estate developers, and corporate clients.
Jacob Oneal Sutter
Jacob practices in business litigation, governmental liability, and labor and employment matters. Previously a law clerk for Circuit Judge Shawn J. Johnson, he played a part in the judicial process assisting the judge in matters spanning family law and probate estates. His responsibilities included conducting legal research, drafting opinions, and providing invaluable insights into complex legal issues.
