Rylee Dillard is an Associate in our office in Charlotte, North Carolina, and she focuses her practice on a wide variety of medical malpractice, general liability and workers’ compensation matters.
Before joining Hall Booth Smith, she worked at an insurance defense firm in Charlotte where she represented clients in workers’ compensation disputes. She also attended hearings before the Industrial Commission, represented clients in mediation on behalf of employers and insurers, conducted informal negotiations with pro se plaintiffs and their attorneys to resolve claims.
Earlier in her career, Rylee was a law clerk at a boutique firm in Columbia, South Carolina and also worked as a campaign associate at a firm in Abbeville, South Carolina.
Rylee earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she consistently made the Dean’s List and served as a peer mentor for incoming first year students. She also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a concentration in politics, philosophy and law from the College of Charleston.
