Thomas Reardon
Biography
Thomas Reardon is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on general liability and premises liability matters. He represents businesses, insurers, and individuals throughout all phases of litigation, providing strategic counsel from case inception through resolution.
Prior to joining Hall Booth Smith, Thomas practiced with a local Durham litigation firm, where he managed a diverse caseload of insurance defense and civil litigation matters. His experience includes motion practice, discovery, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and appellate briefing. He has represented clients in state trial and appellate courts throughout North Carolina and has developed litigation strategies involving complex liability and damages issues.
Thomas earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Kenyon College. During law school, he also gained experience supporting civil and enforcement matters through a clerkship with the West Virginia attorney general’s office.
