Neal Hollington is an Associate in our Denver office, and he focuses his practice on construction, real estate, business litigation and general liability matters.

Before joining HBS, he worked at other firms in Colorado where he defended insurers in personal injury and construction defect cases. He also assisted with factual investigations, drafting pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, mediation, and case management from pre-suit to post judgment.

Earlier in his career, Neal was a legal extern at a land trust nonprofit in Georgia where he provided counsel on acquisition and conservation of more than 16,000 acres of land. He was an analyst at a real estate investment firm, and served as a legal intern in the Boulder County District Attorney’s Office in Colorado.

Neal earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, and he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and sociology at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

EXPERIENCE

Neal represents clients of all sizes in construction litigation, real estate disputes, business litigation and general liability claims. He has managed numerous cases from pre-suit through post judgment proceedings, and including mediation to settle cases outside of the courtroom.
