Biography

William G. Arsenault (“Bill”) is an Associate Attorney in our New York City office. He focuses his practice on construction, general liability, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters.

Prior to joining HBS, Bill worked at a New York insurance defense firm and as an Assistant District Attorney for the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, focusing on domestic violence cases. Before attending law school, he worked as a fundraiser for charities, NGOs, and political entities as well as an investigative paralegal for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in the Rackets Bureau.

While earning his J.D. at the Temple University Beasley School of Law, Bill was president of the Temple Law Democrats and served on the Temple Law International Moot Court team. He also earned a Masters in Philosophy in International Relations and Conflict Resolution and a Bachelors of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin.

A native New Yorker, Bill was a former goalie for the Dublin Wolves and Blackrock Whalers hockey teams in the Irish Ice Hockey League.
