HBS Brunswick Adds Of Counsel Ryan Scates

Hall Booth Smith, P.C. is pleased to welcome Ryan Scates as Of Counsel in our Brunswick office. Ryan brings broad experience across multiple practice areas, including arbitration and mediation, business transactions, corporate and partnership law, government affairs and litigation, health care, real estate, and estate planning.

Before joining HBS, Ryan co-founded North Cape Investments, a real estate investment firm where he oversaw legal matters related to corporate governance, litigation management, negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions. He also previously practiced at a well-regarded Atlanta law firm, focusing on real estate matters.
