CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA –  – Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is pleased to welcome Associate Samantha LeJune to its Charlotte office.

Samantha focuses her practice on business litigation, construction, general liability, governmental liability, premises liability, and transportation matters. Prior to joining HBS, she interned for the North Carolina Department of Justice, where she gained experience in the tort claims division. She also previously worked for a local legal services non-profit and interned for the U.S. Department of State in the Bureau of Legislative Affairs.

Samantha earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as an article editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law. She also worked for a law professor on the Prosecutors and Politics Project, a national study on state prosecutor’s involvement in criminal justice legislative bills. Samantha was also a competing member of the moot court team and received the Eugene Gressman & Daniel H. Pollitt Oral Advocacy Award. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science from Auburn University.
